The overarching goal of this initiative was to promote and clarify the role and activities of the Performance Engineering team to stakeholders within Carnival Corporation.
This effort aimed to provide valuable insights and updates, facilitating understanding of technical projects and aligning application usage across teams.
SharePoint Website Goals:
- Central Information Hub: Establish a SharePoint website as the central repository for all PE-related projects, updates, and reports, enhancing accessibility and transparency for all stakeholders.
- Project Transparency: Share detailed updates, images, and status reports for each project undertaken by the PE team, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed of progress and developments.
Implementation:
Day One supported the design and creation of the SharePoint website, which included:
- Web Architecture: Definition of a clear and functional web architecture to ensure easy navigation and content accessibility.
- Content Development: Regular updates of sections with detailed project information, governance details, and relevant news articles.
