I have been working in Market Research and Data Driven Business Consulting for 25 years.
I’ve worked for major companies in executive positions in the national and international territory, and later worked alongside SMEs and major players. Since 2019 I have further grown and consolidated my experience with the foundation of my brand, Talent Up.
My mission? Discover and let personal and organizational talents shine to maximize people and companies’ performance. Serving this mission, my skills of PCC professional coach, ICF certified, research director, accredited expert in Emotional Intelligence, narrative facilitator, Mentor Coach enrolled in the ICF Global Registry and entrepreneur.
I believe in sharing knowledge: I am a socio-emotional educator and former lecturer at the European School of Economics – where I have taught creativity and innovation, people management, market research, strategy and strategic dilemmas; I’ve also authored papers in the field of market research and coaching. My two main publications are “Web Listening. Knowing for Action ”, published by Franco Angeli (2018); “Creativity: you can put the accent on your life, finding your talent”, self publishing (2021).
