While attending the Faculty of Management Engineering in Savona, Luca held the role of Training Manager Part 147 in one of the most prominent Italian aeronautical companies. Simultaneously, he graduated in Motor Sciences with a research study aimed at improving the ‘psychophysiomotor well-being of the worker.’
Luca is a co-author of board games for the publishing house Quid+, distributed in Italy by Feltrinelli. He designed and funded the development of two web apps (Smart Rogaining and Smart O.C.A.), enabling the realization of experiential events for over 300 participants, both outdoors and indoors, in synchronous or asynchronous modes. Additionally, he created a web app (Team Metrics) for measuring and monitoring the attitudes, behaviors, and skills of users involved in gamified training activities.
Currently, Luca is involved in Gamification and the development of Soft Skills in schools of all levels and in the corporate sector. He serves as a consultant for innovative teaching at the School of Sciences MFN at the University of Genoa. Luca has organized teambuilding, teamleading, and teambonding events throughout Italy for companies such as Cisco Europa, Costa Crociere, Grendi, Ferrero, Porsche Consulting, Hasbro, and Amazon.
During the blended learning period imposed by the Covid-19 restrictions, Luca, in collaboration with DIBRIS UNIGE, organized the first Italian Coding Championship, involving over 30 Italian schools in an engaging online educational goose game.
In 2023, Luca embarked on the adventure of ‘open’ ludic-educational events with the Liguria Region, engaging more than 400 participants in discovering the hidden treasures of Renaissance Genoa. Collaborating with Studio Santagostino, he is preparing to launch a scalable project to help companies optimize the climate, processes, and productivity, starting from the well-being of their managers and employees.
In 2023, Luca joined the Day One Network as a Partner.
