Former entrepreneur now Coach ACC ICF , I turn my attention to people and their personal and professional growth, an activity that fascinates me and that makes me love the ability of human beings to continue improving themselves, when this becomes a conscious choice.
Curiosity, thirst for knowledge, passion for people and the development of one’s talents are the elements that motivate me and pushed me to become a Coach. In particular, I love supporting women and young people by building relationships based on trust, with attention and respect for the other.
The experience gained in 30 years of work in Communication and Marketing, in addition to the global vision of the company as a partner and member of the Board of Directors of the family company Pegaso SrL (an SME), allows me to understand the needs of my partners and business dynamics.
I believe in the strength of the grd in the ability of people to grow and evolve.
The Sustainability path developed in Pegaso since 2013 has opened a further window of awareness of how corporate actions and choices can be oriented in order to reduce the impact on the planet and our world.
Since 2017 I have been a member of the Marisa Bellisario Foundation, actively participating in the development of female skills and in the equal role of women in the world of work. I also take care of the writing of articles for the Newsletter of the Foundation in the Youth group.
